Take one pouch of Juvenoor Complex daily. Please note that each pouch contains five pills, which should be taken with a sufficient amount of water.

Take one stick of Purifoor Formula 1 directly into the mouth, followed by water.
Week 3-6
Sublimor Formula: Take one stick every other day, either by dissolving it directly in 200 ml of hot water, or by mixing it with your favourite drink. The Contoor Formula tastes like hot plant tea.

What do the products taste like?
The Purifoor Formula has a refreshing, slightly acidic, plant-based taste.
Sublimoor Formula tastes like a hot strawberry drink. Some customers find it a bit acidic. Some customers say that they can smell fish; this is due to the 4 Omega complex (3-6-7-9). We recommend replacing one of your hot drinks with the Sublimoor Formula.
Juvenoor Complex is tasteless and comes in pill form, to be taken with water.
